26 – 28 October: BELGRADE ART FAIR 2012

26 – 28.10.2012

PAPAY GYRO NIGHTS IN BELGRADE

26 – 28 October PAPAY GYRO NIGHTS is taking a part in BELGRADE ART FAIR 2012. The fair is focused on artist-run initiatives and creative exchanges.

If for someone it may seems like a mad idea to travel across a rough sea beyond 59N in February to our small island for PAPAY GYRO NIGHTS (and if this year you were not lucky to see PAPAY GYRO NIGHTS touring programme in Iceland, Norway, or Hong Kong) – we have a good news for you: go to Serbia in October to see some fine selection from our Festival, together with a very fine selection of other artist-run projects from all over the world, represented at BELGRADE ART FAIR 2012.

Our programme in Belgrade will include works by :

Filippos Tsitsopoulos: THE MADRIGAL OF THE EXPLOSION OF THE WISE WHALE

Marianna Mørkøre & Rannvá Káradóttir: MAGMA

Genetic Moo: MOTHER

Curated by IVANOV + CHAN

Together with the exhibition we’re looking forward to contribute to debates and discussions about artist-run non-commercial projects.

The art fair is an initiative by Formverk (art zone), Sweden
in collaboration with the organisation MOBA, Serbia.

The art fair will take place at
Kulturni Centar Beograda
Opening hours:
Friday-Saturday 11-20
Sunday 11-17
